Mr. Michael Matheson, Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport visited Japan and paid a visit to the SSE Pacifico office. In a cordial atmosphere from start to finish, opinions were exchanged on the expectations and challenges of offshore wind power in Japan.
